Terms of Service

Azimi Education
Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to the Azimi Education website (azimieducation.com) and application portal (portal.azimieducation.com). By browsing the portal, creating an account, or using an account created for you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

Azimi Education is a study-abroad consultancy with its head office in Istanbul, Türkiye, and a branch in China; both work through the same portal. It helps students from around the world find and apply to programs at universities in China and Türkiye. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

1. What the portal is

The portal is a catalogue of university programs and a place to prepare, submit and follow applications to them. Azimi Education’s counsellors, and partner agencies that work with us, use it to prepare applications with you and on your behalf and to send them to universities.

Azimi Education is not a university and does not decide admissions. A university decides whether to offer you a place, on what terms and at what price; an embassy or consulate decides on a visa. We prepare and present your application as well as we can, and we tell you what we learn, but we cannot promise an offer, a scholarship, a visa or a place at any particular price.

2. The catalogue

The programs, universities, tuition, fees, scholarships, intake dates and requirements in the catalogue are published by the universities and gathered by us. We keep them as current as we can, and we mark intake dates that we have not yet confirmed with the university as “not yet verified”. A university can change its fees, dates, requirements and programs at any time, and a listing is not an offer from us or from the university. Before you rely on a figure or a date, confirm it with your counsellor.

Tuition and fees are shown in the currency the university charges in. Where a figure is shown in another currency for comparison, it is approximate.

3. Accounts

  • You may create one account, for yourself, with your own email address. A partner agency or Azimi Education may create an account for you at your request; the account is still yours.
  • You must give true and complete information, and keep your profile up to date. An application prepared from false information can be refused by a university, withdrawn by us, or lead to the loss of a place or a visa later.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done on the portal while signed in to your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password at once and tell us.
  • You confirm your email address by the link we send; a student’s own application cannot be submitted until the address is confirmed.
  • If you are under 18, you must give the details of a parent or guardian in your profile, and they must agree to your use of the portal.
  • Partner agency staff sign in with accounts made for them by Azimi Education, use them only for their agency’s work, and are responsible to their agency for what they do with them.

4. Documents

You, your partner agency or Azimi Education may upload documents to your account: your passport, photograph, diplomas, transcripts, certificates and the other papers universities ask for. Files must be PDF, JPG or PNG, at most 10 MB each, and at most 50 per account.

  • You confirm that every document you upload is genuine, belongs to you, and may be shown to the universities you apply to. Forged or altered documents end our work with you and may be reported where the law requires.
  • A document sent with an application stays with that application as the record of what was sent, and cannot be removed from it afterwards; you can delete other documents from your locker at any time.
  • Every file is scanned for viruses before it is stored; a file that fails the scan is refused.

5. Applications

  • An application is prepared on the portal from your profile, your documents and the choices you make, and is submitted to Azimi Education, which sends it to the university. The timeline on each application records what happened and when.
  • Until a counsellor picks up an application you can edit or withdraw it. After that, write to your counsellor through the application’s Reply, and add documents from its page when asked.
  • When a university offers you a place, you accept or decline it on the portal, and acceptance cannot be undone there; what follows is governed by the university’s own terms.
  • Azimi Education and partner agencies may decline to submit an application that is incomplete, that does not meet a program’s requirements, or that we believe contains false information.

6. Fees

Some programs carry a service fee for Azimi Education’s work, shown on the program’s page where it applies. The fee is not paid on the portal; Azimi Education or your agency tells you how and when to pay it, and the portal records whether it has been paid. Tuition, deposits and university fees are paid to the university under its own terms, not to us, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Any arrangement between Azimi Education and a partner agency about commission is a matter between them and is never charged to a student on top of the university’s published fees.

7. Partner agencies

A partner agency is an independent business that works with Azimi Education. When an agency manages your account, its staff see your profile, documents and applications and may complete, submit, withdraw and follow applications for you, including ones you started yourself. Azimi Education attaches an account to an agency only at the request of the student or the agency, moves or detaches it on request, and emails you each time.

An agency is responsible for its own staff, for keeping the information it sees confidential, and for using the portal only for the students it manages. We may suspend an agency’s access if it breaks these terms.

8. Using the portal

You may use the portal only for your own application, or, as an agency, for your students’. You may not try to reach another person’s account or information, copy the catalogue by automated means, upload anything harmful, or interfere with the portal’s working. We may suspend or close an account that does.

The programs, texts, photographs and the PDF documents the portal produces are Azimi Education’s or its sources’ and are provided for your own use in choosing and applying for a program. A partner agency may give the PDFs it exports to its own students.

9. Emails

While you have an account, the portal emails you about it (to confirm your address, reset your password, and tell you of changes to your sign-in email) and about your applications (when a counsellor moves one or writes to you, and when your account is attached to an agency). These are part of the service and cannot be switched off while the account exists. We do not send marketing emails from the portal.

10. Availability and changes

We keep the portal running and backed up, but we do not promise that it is available at every moment or free of faults. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it. If we stop the portal altogether, we will tell account holders in advance and give them a way to get their documents.

11. Our responsibility

Azimi Education is responsible for doing its work with care. We are not responsible for a university’s or embassy’s decision, for changes a university makes to its fees, dates or programs, for errors in information published by a university, or for loss caused by information you gave us that was false or incomplete. Where the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the service fee you paid us for the application concerned.

12. Ending

You can close your account at any time by writing to us; your information is then deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. A change that affects your rights or obligations is announced by email to account holders before it takes effect.

14. Law

Your agreement is with the Azimi Education office that handles your application: the head office in Istanbul or the branch in China, as your counsellor tells you. For an application handled by the Istanbul office these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction; for one handled by the China branch they are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China and the courts at the branch’s seat have jurisdiction. Neither takes away any protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
